Kundalini Yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness”. It is a practice that is designed to connect you to your divine truth, Sat Nam. Kundalini Yoga includes mantra, movement, and meditation.

Our time during this workshop will be specifically focused on supporting you and ALL of your relationships. We’ll spend time learning about our role in our relationships and uncover ways we can enhance our experience.

The workshop will open with a short private reflection that will lead into a kriya (set of postures/movements) to clear and release the blocks holding you from the relationships you truly desire.

It will also include guided journal exercises along with class discussion and connection – to support our new awareness with building relationships.

The workshop is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike! Absolutely no yoga experience is required for this practice. This workshop is a perfect fit if you are ready to say yes to understanding relationships on a fuller and deeper level.
